Formed in 2017, we specialise in acquiring properties that require modernisation or full refurbishment and returning them to a good standard either for a tenant or a new owner

Directors

The company currently has two directors, Dawn and Adrian Morris. Both educated to Masters degree level and bringing a broad range of knowledge and experience in leadership, management, IT, data and finance to the business, we have invested heavily in our property education.
